MEADOWHALL QUIET ROOM
Meadowhall have opened a Quiet Room for those visiting the shopping complex. It is
situated in the Management suite on the ground floor at the back of the Oasis Food Hall
(recently refurbished). It is indicated on the board maps, overhead signs and customer
leaflets. It is stressed that it is a Quiet Room and not a Prayer Room, but people are
welcome to use it for private prayer and meditation if they so wish. Users sign in at the
Reception Desk and the room is then unlocked. Mobile phones, food and drink are not
allowed. If you have any comments about it, please let me know in writing, and if
appropriate I will pass them on to the management. Stuart Matthews email:

CHURCH FLOWERS—NORA BROOK
After many years of dedicated service organising the church flowers Nora has decided to
step down in order to focus on her reader ministry. If anyone is willing and able to take over
her duties, which could be shared, then please see the Vicar or wardens. We need
someone to organise the rota for flowers on Sundays and maybe someone else to organise
a rota for wedding flowers. We are truly grateful for all that Nora has given in this role in the
past. If you would like to volunteer to arrange the flowers please let Chris or David know.
